Description

Join the Student Conservation Association and San Mateo County Parks to celebrate Earth Day at San Bruno Mountain State Park! Situated at the end of the Santa Cruz Mountain Range, San Bruno Mountain provides habitat for several rare and endangered species including the Mission blue butterfly. Volunteers will be removing invasive ivy around the park to support the growth of native plant species.

WHAT: Removing invasive ivy.

BRING WITH YOU: Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes, and dress for the weather! Bring your own reusable water bottle. Make sure you're prepared to get dirty!
